    The menu causes a delay of 17 seconds on the website.
    Google pagespeed now indicates that the website is bad while it was always good.

    You probably turned off the cache because the menu always dropped.
    In this work, the menu is no longer visible on other pages. Only on the homepage.

    This problem now lasts more than 3 months and I do not get a response to my private ticket.
    I also give it regularly through the chat and it is promised that you will work on it. But nothing happens.

    When will this be resolved?

    I see the problem with the caching system on your site. Please try to disable the full page cache on your site to show the menu block again. I tested same full page cache and latest magento 2 version (2.2.4) the megamenu is showing fine full page cache was enabled, so I think the problem maybe on server caching. 

    We will try to check again on your site to know why that.

    Hi,

    I tested this with cache disabled but unfortunately there is no difference.

    Update performed to Magento 2.2.4 but this also makes no difference.

    I resolved it by update new module file.

    Many thanks!!

    The menu is visible on all pages again, I am very happy with that.

    Whether or not the menu no longer disappears, I see the coming days.

    I notice that it is a bit slower. Google pagespeed now says that the website is performing medium (76/100) while it was good (92/100)

    Please try to enable compress and minify js, css, html of the magento 2 system to get hight scores.

    I know, and I did.
    The score was 92.

    After your adjustments yesterday, this has dropped to 76.

    Hello Alexander,

    My change was disabled minify html, css, js in output of html of our module, the minify html function in our module are having issue on your server. 

    You should setup a extension allow minify for all content on frontend:
