JS error when accessing WYSIWYG editor

    Hi there

We are encountering a couple of JS errors when clicking to trigger the WYSIWYG editor from Page Builder, when editing a widget (e.g. Single Image):

    In browser:

    • Cannot read property 'save' of undefined

    In console:

    • Expected to start loader but did not find one in the dom (loader_old.js)

We're not sure if these are directly related.

    The editor does not load.

    Kind regards,

    Stuart

    Hello Stuart,

    Have a nice day!

Please try to download the attach file, then upload it into the folder "app/code/Ves/BaseWidget/Block/Adminhtml/Widget/Form/Field/"

Also you should click on button "Show / Hide Editor" to show the tiny mce of WYSIWYG editor to edit html content.

That worked. Thank you very much for the prompt solution.

    Kind regards,

    Good afternoon,

I encounter the same problem in my shop. The shop is a magento 2.3.2 environment with the last version of the page builder provided by Venustheme as part of the themepack. Since a couple of weeks i get the message as well when I try to use the WYSIWYG editor in the page builderĀ

I hope you can help with this.

    many thanks, Wouter
