I was able to install/compile the extension without any issues. The issues I have are when I try to use the extension.
1. I have added stores to the StoreLocator manager, but when I go to search for them nothing comes up. I have attached a screenshot with the errors I am getting.
2. I do not see Add Categories or Add Tags in the admin menu.
Note: I am running in Magento's Enterprise Cloud Edition, which should be the same as Enterprise Edition.

Thanks for using the extension in your site. As your screenshots, some Javascripts have been conflicted, please send me an admin account, SSH account, i will check and fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
