I tried to specify a custom template for the form widget on a page and found out that the template was not being picked up in the website frontend.
It turned out in app/code/Lof/Formbuilder/Block/Widget/Form.php, the line #67 and #68 wrongly use 'template" as the parameter. After replaced them with "block_template" instead, everything works fine now.
BTW, since the download link in the My Downloadable Products always showes the same version number, is there a way to check if you guys have published a new version of the Magento extension or not?
